This policy explains what data Kick & Dive (“we”, “the site”) collects, how it is used and what your rights are, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD).

1. Who is responsible

2. Data we collect

• Nickname: the name you type to play. It is shown to your opponent and saved in your browser.
• Session identifier: a random code stored in the browser tab to reconnect you to the match if your connection drops. It does not identify you personally.
• Technical connection data: IP address and browser information, used by the server to keep the match running and to protect against abuse. We do not keep a match history linked to you.
• Local preferences: language, player appearance, sound on/off and the cookie notice, saved in the browser's local storage.

We do not ask for your real name, email, phone number or payment details to play.

3. Cookies and Google ads

The site displays Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads, including based on previous visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance.

4. What we use the data for

• Running the game: setting up matches, synchronizing moves and reconnecting.
• Security: preventing abuse, cheating and server overload.
• Keeping the site free through ads.

Legal bases (Art. 7 of the LGPD): performance of the service you requested by playing, legitimate interest for security and, where applicable, consent for advertising cookies.

5. Sharing

Your nickname is shown to your opponent in the match. Technical data may be processed by the hosting provider and by Google (ads). We do not sell personal data.

6. How long we keep data

Match data stays in the server's memory only while the match lasts. Technical server logs are kept for up to 6 months, as required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet). Data saved in your browser stays there until you delete it.

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. Write to the email above. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

8. Children

The site is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. Users under 18 should use the site with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the most recent version.
